We are looking for a enthusiastic support employee with wide knowledge of computers and related hardware components for our companies Omnivision and Prestop Products
As Customer support employee you are responsible for delivering the best support via telephone or via remote desktop. You structurally solve problems of our clients, so they are happy with the service. You also take care of intern support issues regarding hard- and software or find the optimal solution for the problem.
- Answer service calls
- Register support issues in out systems
- Correct problemsolving
- Improve customer support by means of new tools, updating the FAQ, etc.
You are at least secondary vocational education and a broad PC and computer hardware knowledge. Furthermore experience with UTP networks, routers and switchers in general. During your employment you will get acquainted and trained in using touchscreens, high resolution screens and our software packages as Omnitapps Composer and SiteKiosk.
